By using www.enhancefurniture.co.nz you agree that you have read, understood and accepted these terms and conditions. All products supplied by Enhance Accommodation Furniture will be in accordance with these terms and conditions.

Enhance Accommodation Furniture has the discretion to decline any order placed or cancel any order for any reason.

Enhance Accommodation Furniture use DPS for all online credit card payments. We do not collect or store any credit card information. When making a purchase you will be directed to a secure webpage hosted by DPS to enter your payment details. DPS is New Zealand's largest and most preferred gateway provider.


We take your privacy seriously. The information we receive from you is used to process orders and the service we offer. This means that your information will not be sold or otherwise divulged to third parties without your prior consent. You have certain rights to access information about yourself and if necessary to ask for it to be adjusted - just contact us on 0508 ENHANCE (0508 364 2623).


If you receive goods that are faulty or defective in any way, we will honour our commitments under the Consumers Guarantees Act 1993 (New Zealand).  Our total liability to you in relation to any faulty product is limited to the price you have paid for that product.  We will not, in any case, be liable for any consequences or special damages, including loss of business profits.


If you receive product that is damaged or if you are unsatisfied with the product, simply call 0508 ENHANCE (0508 364 2623) within 7 days and request the product to be picked up or replaced.  Photos of the product may be required to validate your return. If your returns request is approved a replacement will be sent or a refund made when the product is received back at factory in an unused condition.


All products manufacturered by Enhance Accommodation Furniture carry a two year guarantee against defective materials and workmanship.  Please note damage due to misuse, general wear and tear, exposure to weather, or storage in damp conditions are excluded. Please ring 0508 ENHANCE to discuss any concerns you may have. Photos of the product will be required to validate a claim.  If your claim is accepted by Enhance Accommodation Furniture replacement parts, a replacement unit or a refund will be arranged. These terms and conditions apply to deliveries within New Zealand. We endeavour to provide accurate and correct information on this website.
